Quotations are valid for 14 days and are based on the agreed scope and the condition visible when the work is assessed. Additional work or a material change in condition may require a revised quotation.

One-off and deep cleans require a 50% booking deposit. First-time builders and commercial clients normally require a 25% deposit, rising to 50% for larger projects requiring extra staff, specialist equipment or several reserved days. A booking is not secured until the required deposit and written acceptance have been received. Deposit requirements may be waived for established account clients by written agreement.

Regular domestic appointments require at least 24 hours’ notice of cancellation. One-off, deep, move-in, move-out, builders’ and specialist cleans require at least 48 hours’ notice.

Where sufficient notice is given, a one-off or deep-clean deposit may be transferred once to a rearranged appointment. A second cancellation or insufficient notice forfeits the deposit. If access cannot be gained for reasons outside our control, the full agreed charge remains payable. We will wait for up to 15 minutes; any lost time reduces the cleaning time available without reducing the agreed fee.

Payment is due on completion of the service and must be received on the same day unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is overdue, future appointments may be suspended or cancelled and advance payment may be required for future services. We may recover fair and proportionate costs genuinely incurred when pursuing an overdue consumer payment, where permitted by law.

Business-to-business invoices are due immediately upon receipt and must be paid no later than 24 hours after issue unless different terms were agreed in writing before work began.

Overdue qualifying business invoices may attract statutory interest at 8% above the applicable Bank of England base rate, the statutory fixed recovery charge of £40, £70 or £100 according to the value of the debt, and any additional reasonable recovery costs permitted by law. Future or ongoing work may be suspended until the account is paid in full.

Any concern must be reported within 24 hours of completion, with photographs where reasonably possible. We must be given reasonable access to inspect the affected area and, where appropriate, return to rectify any agreed shortfall at a mutually suitable time.

Because our service uses labour, time, professional products and equipment, refunds are not automatically offered. Our first remedy is repeat performance of the affected area. Nothing in these terms limits a client’s statutory rights.

The client must provide safe access, electricity and hot water where required, and disclose fragile surfaces, known defects, hazards and any relevant manufacturer care instructions. We use professional products and equipment selected for the service.

We cannot guarantee removal of permanent staining, wear, discolouration, pre-existing damage, ingrained residue, recurring mould or problems caused by moisture, ventilation, building defects or recontamination. We are not responsible for areas outside the agreed scope or items that cannot be accessed safely.

Before-and-after photographs may be taken for service records. Identifiable photographs or videos will not be used publicly without permission, and clients may opt out of marketing use at any time. Personal information is used only to manage enquiries, bookings, service delivery and payment.

Booking our services, paying a deposit or instructing us to begin work confirms acceptance of the applicable terms supplied before the service. The signed printable agreement provides a clear written record for larger, one-off, builders’ and commercial work.
