REILLY REFINED CLEANING SERVICES — SERVICE AGREEMENT

Quotations are valid for 14 days. Extra work or a material change may require a revised quotation. One-off and deep cleans require a 50% deposit. First-time builders and commercial clients normally require 25%, rising to 50% for larger or resource-heavy projects.

Regular domestic cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. One-off, deep, move-in, move-out, builders’ and specialist cleans require 48 hours. With sufficient notice, a deposit may be transferred once; a second cancellation or insufficient notice forfeits it. Failed access remains chargeable in full. We wait up to 15 minutes; lost time reduces cleaning time without reducing the fee.

Domestic payment is due on completion and the same day. Business invoices are due immediately and no later than 24 hours after issue unless agreed otherwise. Qualifying overdue business invoices may attract statutory interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, fixed recovery charges of £40, £70 or £100, and permitted reasonable recovery costs.

Concerns must be reported within 24 hours, with photographs where reasonably possible. Reilly Refined must be allowed to inspect and, where appropriate, return to rectify the affected area. Refunds are not automatic; the first remedy is repeat performance. Statutory rights are unaffected.

The client must provide safe access, electricity and hot water where required and disclose fragile surfaces, defects, hazards and care instructions. Permanent stains, wear, discolouration, pre-existing damage, ingrained residue, recurring mould, moisture or ventilation problems cannot be guaranteed removable.

Before-and-after photographs may be taken for service records. Identifiable marketing use requires permission. Personal information is used to manage the service, agreement, payment and client communications. Scottish law applies.
